"I love jewelry. Every so often, I find a piece of dog jewelry that gets more attention than my others. While most of what I wear is gold and emeralds, I always like to wear one piece that is fun and original because that's the one that gets the most compliments. I found my new favorite piece. I saw Amy's jewelry at a dog show and I fell in love with her work. It's creative, it's innovative and it's just downright cute. I had her do a bracelet of my three dogs, two golden retrievers and a rescue spaniel that was my heart dog. I have gotten more comments on the bracelet in the last few months than on any jewelry I have worn for the last few years. I lost the spaniel on Christmas Day to cancer, and the bracelet has become my source of comfort to look down and remember him every day. Best of all, it's a happy memory because seeing him smiling back in a little glass replica makes me smile whenever I see it. I don't leave my house without the bracelet and I wear it everywhere.
